CONCEPT
The Cape of
Mexican Flavors.
CABOSとはスペイン語で岬を意味し、そこは海と空、陸が交え合う場所であり、時より様々な表情や自然の豊かさを私たちに感じさせてくれます。
料理は元メキシコ大使館シェフのビクトル氏が日本国内は勿論、メキシコ各地の新鮮な食材を選定し、ゲストの皆様にタコスを中心にモダンでありながら伝統的な技法を融合させた本場のメキシコ料理をお届けします。
メキシコのクラフトビールやこだわりを持って選んだはプレミアムテキーラはストレートでもカクテルにしてもお楽しみ頂けます。 ワインは中南米のワインを中心に展開するとともにメキシコの素晴らしいワインを取り揃えております。
CABOS means “cape” in Spanish — a place where the sea, sky, and land meet. It is a place that reveals the richness and beauty of nature through its ever-changing expressions.
Our cuisine is curated by Chef Víctor Vázquez, former chef at the Mexican Embassy, who carefully selects fresh ingredients from various regions to create authentic tacos and hearty meat dishes.
We hope that Modern Mexican CABOS will become a hot place that connects Japan and Mexico through food and culture.
